Refundable damage deposit

A damage deposit of AED 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

Cot and extra bed policies

0 - 3 years Cot upon request - Free

Extra bed upon request AED 75 per child, per night 4+ years

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Late check in is possible by prior confirmation with property administration.

Deluxe One Bedroom Apartment

Size: 64.2 sq. meters

  • Bed: King Size bed OR Twin Beds
  • Occupancy: 02 Adults plus 2 children (1 below 12 years) OR 3 Adults with 1 extra bed

Deluxe Two Bedroom Apartment

Size: 92.28 sq. meters

  • Bed: 01 King Size bed in the Master bedroom & Twin Beds in the 2nd Bedroom
  • Occupancy: 04 Adults or 5 adults with 1 extra bed on an additional daily charge
